Error: The field ‘CorpNM’ with value ‘[ENTERED_VALUE]’, data format is not correct
This validation error occurs when the corporation name field contains special characters.

Solution
The CorpNM field only accepts these characters: A-Z, a-z, 0-9, hash (#), hyphen (-), parentheses, ampersand (&), apostrophe ('), and single spaces. Remove any commas, periods, or other special characters from the corporation name.

- In Column B for Arizona, remove all special characters such as commas, periods, and dashes from the name field.
- Run a full recompute and recreate the e-file.
note
If you are working in a consolidated return, you will need to remove the special characters from all lower members as well.
