Arkansas 1120 e-file rejection CIT2024-0153 occurs when Form AR1100NOL isn't included in the state submission.

Solution

  1. Go to
    Tax Forms
    States
    Arkansas
    AR1100NOL - Schedule of Net Operating L
    .
  2. Enter
    NONE
     on the 2023 line under each column so the column doesn't have any blank fields.

    This populates the XML with Form AR1100NOL.
  3. Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
note
Arkansas changed the format and presentation of NOL reporting for TY2024. The AR1100NOL instructions anticipate an amount present in the Prior Year Available column to offset against the CY Income (Loss) after Adjustments amount.
