This error occurs when Form 100/100W Line 2 contains a deduction for foreign or domestic taxes but Schedule A is not attached to the return.

State Adjustments: Rule Number F100(W)-140 If Form 100/100W, Line 2 [DedForeignDomesticTax] amount is present, then Schedule A must be attached.

Part 1: Add an amount to Schedule A.
