Complete the
Secretary of State ID number)
field.
Complete the
LLC temporary number assigned by FTB
field.
Select an option in the
Select one of the following options if the entity does not have a state ID number
field.
If the Secretary of State ID or LLC number were incorrect, correct it.
Do a Full Recompute, recreate the electronic file, and resubmit the return.
