Error: The field 'ConsentDate' with value '0', data is missing

This validation error occurs when e-filing California Form 568 because the ConsentDate field contains an invalid value instead of a valid date.

Solution

  1. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    California
    Disregarded Entity
    General Information
    .
  2. Find the
    Single Member LLC Information and Consent
    section.
  3. Enter the
    Title
    and
    Date
    for Member's Consent.
  4. Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
