Confirm that exactly 1 member has

In the eliminations locator, for Schedule R-7 Information, clear

Electing member has property, payroll, or sales in California
, and
Member is the Key Corporation
.
In members other than the eliminations locator, if

or

isn't marked, mark
Exclude from Schedule R-7, Part I
instead.
Confirm that at least 2 members have one of the first 2 checkboxes marked (a member with one of these checkboxes marked and
