This happens when you don't enter officer information for the TopCon.

Solution

  1. At the TopCon, go to
    Organizer
    Income and Deductions
    Deductions
    Officers Compensation
    Individual Officers
    Add officer
    .
  2. Select
    Federal and Selected States
    .
  3. Go to
    Select States
     and mark
    District of Columbia
     checkbox.
  4. Enter the officers to apply to the DC return.
  5. Do a full recompute and recreate the e-file.
note
The officer information prints on the TopCon from lower-level data, but the diagnostic won't clear until the information is entered directly in the TopCon.
