F1120: The contact person first name, last name, email, and phone number are required entries for Florida e-file. This information can be entered in entries for Florida e-file. This information can be entered in Florida common state spreadsheet by going to organizer \ States \ Common State \ General information \ Books and Records and go to "Contact Person" tab. Books and Records and go to "Contact Person" tab.
This error can appear if you have Florida on your return and are not filing a Florida return.
Solution
- Go toOrganizer,States, and selectState and City Activation.
- In theState and City Activationspreadsheet, look for the Florida row.
- In Column J, selectDelete State.
- Do a full recompute, and recreate the e-file.

This diagnostic can also be ignored if not e-filing a Florida return.
