Error: Incomplete signature information
This happens when you haven’t entered the basic signature information details.
Error Message
Incomplete Signature Information: There are empty fields for the return's signature information. Please fill out these fields (First name, last name, title, email, signature date).
Solution
- Go to the tab.
- For theGeorgiarow, enter the details in these Columns:
- C
- D
- F
- G
- K
- L.
- Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
