IL1120-6900-1 e-file error
If Form IL-1120 Step 4, Trust, Estate, and Non-unitary Partnership Business Income or Loss Apportionable to Illinois, is less than or greater than zero, then Schedule K1T or Schedule K1P must be attached.
This happens when the business income or loss reported in Step 4 of Form IL-1120 is not 0, indicating that there are distributive shares of income from a trust, estate, or non-unitary partnership that need to be apportioned to Illinois.
