ILSCHUB-14750-1 e-file error

Schedule UB (Rule ILSCHUB-14750-1): Sch UB Step 2 Line 30 Col E must equal sum of all occurrences of Sch UB Step 2 Line 30 minus Sch UB Step 3 Line 1 Col D.
This happens when Form IL, Schedule UB Step 2 Line 30 Col E doesn't equal the sum of all occurrences of Sch UB Step 2 Line 30 minus Sch UB Step 3 Line 1 Col D.

Solution

  1. Go to
    Tax Forms
    States
    Illinois
    Combined Report
    Sch UB-Combined Apportionment for UBG
    Sch UB, Combined Apportionment
    Sch UB Page 2 – Step 2
     tab. Line 30 Column E must equal columns A through D combined.
  2. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    States Combined Returns
    State Consolidation Steps
    Step 6
    . Select
    Delete previously transferred state data
     and follow the steps to clear previously transferred data for Illinois. This step ensures that only current subsidiary data is populating Schedule UB.
  3. Once completed, go to
    Organizer
    Consolidated Returns
    Step 4 – Out of balance and compute pending
    . Select
    Compute subsidiaries with compute pending
     and
    Compute all subsidiaries now
    .
  4. Go to
    Step 5 – Consolidate!
     and select
    Consolidate
    .
  5. Recreate the e-file.

  1. Go to
