ILSCHUB-19800-1 e-file error
This happens when there's an incorrect value in the Schedule UB Step 3, line 2 in the TopCon of Illinois, usually from an override.

Schedule UB (Rule ILSCHUB-19800-1): If the result of the sum of all occurrences of Step 3 Line 2 minus Line 2 Col D is zero or greater than zero, then Step 3 Line 23 Col E must equal the result of all occurrences of Step 3 Line 23 minus Line
Solution
Verify the combined apportionment amounts match between subsidiary members and the TopCon parent return. Follow these steps to resolve the error:
- Check the lower member amounts and verify they equal the amounts on the TopCon.
- Go to . Verify Line 30 Column E equals Line 30 Columns A through D combined.
- At all subsidiary levels (not the parent), go to . CheckYesand fill in parent information. The subsidiary FEIN must match the TopCon. Do a full recompute and consolidate.
- In the parent, go to . Check to activate IL. Do a full recompute and consolidate.
- If is marked, verify equals .
- If is marked, verify equals .
- Go to . Select Illinois. Do a full recompute.
- Go to . If out of balance and compute pending, select Compute all subsidiaries now. Then go to .
- In the parent and members, go to . Verify all members are marked to activate for IL. Do a full recompute and consolidate.
- Verify the amount at equals the amount at .
- Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
