- Select the validation error, then go to theOrganizertab.
- SelectState of Incorporation.
- Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.

- Go to .
- Select theEntity informationtab.
- InColumn F, enter theState of Incorporation.
- InColumn J, enter theState of Domicile.
- The value has to be a U.S. state abbreviation, not a foreign country.
- Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.

If the entity is incorporated in a foreign country, you'll need to paper file the return.
