KYSUB-0112 e-file error

The Kentucky extension request was rejected because the Corporate/LLET Account Number is missing or doesn't match Kentucky Department of Revenue records.

Error message

Extension request denied. Account and/or FEIN is missing or does not match the Kentucky Department of Revenue s records. Please contact taxpayer registration at [PHONE].

Solution

  1. Contact Kentucky taxpayer registration at [PHONE] to verify the account number on file with the Kentucky Department of Revenue.
  2. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Common State
    General Information/State /City ID Numbers
    .
  3. Update the Kentucky Corporate/LLET Account Number to match the state's records. If the ID number is 6 digits, enter 3 zeros at the beginning.
  4. Perform a full recompute, recreate the KY extension e-file, and resubmit.
