KYSUB-0112 e-file error

The Kentucky extension request was rejected because the Corporate/LLET Account Number is missing or doesn't match Kentucky Department of Revenue records.

Error message

Extension request denied. Account and/or FEIN is missing or does not match the Kentucky Department of Revenue s records. Please contact taxpayer registration.

Solution

  1. Contact Kentucky taxpayer registration to verify the account number on file with the Kentucky Department of Revenue.
  2. Go to
    Organizer
    States
    Common State
    General Information/State /City ID Numbers
    .
  3. Update the Kentucky Corporate/LLET Account Number to match the state's records. If the ID number is 6 digits, enter 3 zeros at the beginning.
  4. Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
