Error

1120ME: Business Representative information is required, please add the name, title, PIN, phone number, email address and date signed fields.

Cause

Business representative information is missing from the e-file.

Solution

  1. Go to
    Organizer
    ,
    States
    ,
    Common State
    ,
    General Information
    , then
    Basic Return Information
    .
  2. Go to the
    Signature information
     tab and enter:
    1. Name
    2. Title
    3. PIN
    4. Phone
    5. Email address
    6. Date signed
  3. Go to
    Organizer
    ,
    General Information
    , then
    Basic Return Information
    .
  4. On the
    Return Information
     tab, complete the
    Signing Officer
     section.
  5. Go to
    Organizer
    ,
    States
    ,
    Maine
    , and
    General Information
    . 
  6. On the
    General Information
     tab, complete the
    Business Representative
     section.
  7. Perform a full re-compute, re-create the e-file, then re-submit.
