Error: The field 'FIN' with value '[ENTERED_VALUE]', data format is not correct
This validation error occurs when the Federal Identification Number (FIN) field on Maine Form CR doesn't contain a valid 9-digit EIN for a unitary business member.

Solution
- Go to , then sub view and select the Elimination.
- Enter the EINs for all entities. If it's an elimination, 99-9999999 will be accepted.
- Go to and select Subsidiary Listing.
- Complete , then select Compute all subsidiaries now.
- Consolidate in Step 5.
- Do a full recompute then recreate the e-file.
