1120 Maryland Form 500-01302-011: Line 13 must be equal to line 12 if line 12 Is present, otherwise must be equal to line 10. If negative, enter 0.

This happens when the amount on line 13 does not equal line 12 or 10.

In Tax Forms, select States

Select Form 500
, then Form 500 Page 2
.

Line 13 should match line 12, if line 12 has a value.

If line 12 has no value, then line 13 should match line 10.

note

You need to remove any overrides on lines 10, 12 or 13.

In Organizer, select States

In the Compute Options section, select Unistate corporation
(this suppresses Form 500 Page 2m line 11 and Form 511/510, line 31/3b).
