  3. Select

  4. Select
    Attach a PDF
    .
  5. Attach a PDF for Form MS 83-120.
  6. In the
    PDF Attachments Included in E-file
     section.
  7. Select
    83/84-110, line 8 Total Capital Base -Balance Sheet Per Books
    .
  8. Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
