E-file diagnostic: FORM CIT-4, Page 2 missing Schedule M

FORM CIT-4, PAGE 2: Missing Schedule M with yes box checked in Part III Lines h, i, j, k, or l
This happens when any questions in (h) through (n) are answered “Yes” and Schedule M is not completed.

Solution

According to the Montana CIT Instructions, you must answer all the questions by marking the checkboxes. If you answer
Yes
 to any of the questions in (h) through (n), you must complete and include Schedule M.

    Part III - General questions
    .
  3. If questions
    H
    ,
    I
    ,
    J
    ,
    K
    , or
    L
     are marked
    Yes
    , go to
    Organizer
    States
    Montana
    Combined/Consolidated Return Information
  4. In the
    Combined/Consolidated Return Information
     tab, go to the
    Affiliated Entities (Sch M Page 7)
     section and enter details.
  5. Do a full recompute and recreate the e-file.
