E-file diagnostic: Missing preparer's date signed

NYC E-File: Missing preparer's date signed. Go to Organizer New York City General Information 2nd tab Preparer Information

This happens when the preparer’s signature date is missing at the preparer’s information section.

Solution

In Organizer, select Cities and Intangibles
.

Select New York City
, then General Information
.

Select the Preparer Information
tab.

In the Preparer Information section
, enter the Preparer Date Signed
.

Do a full recompute and recreate the e-file.
