Select the state in Column F.

State of Incorporation
is a required field, but due to a North Carolina e-file schema limitation,
State of Incorporation
can only be a
U.S. STATE
type and any entry for location outside the U.S. will be rejected. If you have a place of incorporation outside the U.S., you'll need to paper-file the return.
Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
