E-file diagnostic: Philadelphia electronic payment methods

The Department of Revenue accepts the following electronic payment methods:
Automated Clearing House (ACH) debit transactions, credit and debit card payments, and ACH credit transactions through their banks. To remit electronic payments, register at www.etides.state.pa.us or call Telefile at 8 00-748-8299.

All corporation tax payments of $1,000 or more must be remit a check. Checks and money orders are acceptable for payments less than $1 ,000.

Please make checks and money orders payable to the PA Department of Revenue and include
the Account ID, Entity ID (EIN/SSN or 10-digit Revenue ID), phone number, tax type and tax period end date for which the payment is intended.
