You get this diagnostic if there's information entered in the top consolidation return.

Texas Severe Diagnostic: Form 05-102: Information should not be entered in the top consolidation. It should be entered in the lower level entities.
The top consolidation return doesn't generate its own Public Information Report (05-102) and no information can be entered in the return for that purpose. If you receive this diagnostic, review the following solutions:
Solution 1: Remove all data in the Information Report
- Go to .
- Remove any information from the screens within theInformation Reportfolder, including theCommon Informationscreen (with the exception of the Signatory Information section) and screens underPublic Information ReportandOwnership Information Report.
Solution 2: Delete Texas and reconsolidate
- Go to .
- Select Texas.
- SelectDeletethenOKto confirm.
- Set Texas back toCombinein Column C.
- Reconsolidate the return at .
Solution 2: Remove officers applied to Texas
- Go to .
- Double check if there are any officers entered and applied to Texas.noteThis will trigger the diagnostic.
- Go to .
- Make sure no officers have been selected to apply to all states or selectively applied to Texas.
Solution 3: Enter Form 05-120 manually

- Enter 1 or more additional public information reports.
