Solution 1: Remove all data in the Information Report

Remove any information from the screens within the
Information Report
folder, including the
Common Information
screen (with the exception of the Signatory Information section) and screens under
Public Information Report
and
Ownership Information Report
.

Solution 2: Delete Texas and reconsolidate

Go to
Organizer
State
State and City Activation/Consolidation
.
Select Texas.
Select
Delete
then
OK
to confirm.
Set Texas back to
Combine
in Column C.
Reconsolidate the return at
Organizer
Consolidated Returns
Step 5 - Consolidate!

Solution 2: Remove officers applied to Texas

Go to

State Franchise Tax
Texas Franchise
Information Report
Public Information Report
Officers, Directors, or Members
.
Double check if there are any officers entered and applied to Texas.

Make sure no officers have been selected to apply to all states or selectively applied to Texas.
