The field 'SOSNumber' with value '###' data format is not correct. (where ### is the Secretary of State file number)

Solution

  1. Go to
    Organizer
    State Franchise Tax
    Texas Franchise
    Information Report
    Public Information Report
    Subsidiary Corporation or LLC
    [Name]
    .
  2. The
    Texas SOS file number
     needs to be entered as 10 digits. Correct the number or remove the entry.
