Error: The field 'PaymentAmount' with value '0', data is missing
This validation error occurs when e-filing a Utah return with bank information entered but no payment amount. Utah requires a minimum payment when payment details are included.

Solution
- Go to and locate the Utah row.
- If there's no payment due, remove the bank information and clear column B.
- Do a full recompute, then recreate the e-file.
