Sign 5500 returns electronically for EFAST2
Each signer's assigned 2 identifiers by EFAST2: a PIN and a User ID. Together, the PIN and the User ID act as the user's signature.
There may be as few as 1or as many as 4 signatures for 1 filing: Plan Administrator, Employer/Plan Sponsor, authorized service provider for E-Signature, and/or Direct Filing Entities (DFE).
Form 5500-SF filings must have a signature from either the Plan Administrator and/or the Employer/Plan Sponsor or authorized service provider.
tip
For those that are both the Plan Sponsor and the Plan Administrator, you only need to sign as the Plan Administrator on the Plan Administrator line.
