Integrate K-1 data
Integrate the data from the K-1 Aggregator to your tax product.
Follow these steps to integrate the data from the K-1 Aggregator application to your tax product.
- In the K-1 Aggregator tile, on theHomescreen, select the instances you want to export and then from the dropdown selectSend Data to(your product).
- All investments are automatically selected on theData Integrationscreen. Review the investments to ensure the investments you want to integrate are selected.
- To remove all investments, selectDeselect All.
- To individually select an investment, select the checkbox for the investment.
- If you don't want to integrate an investment, clear the check mark from the investment.
- If you have more than 1 Instance, select each Instance from theSelect Instancedropdown and perform the steps listed previously.
- After selecting the investments, selectNext.
- Select pastForeign Forms Informationand selectNext. (This option is coming soon.)
- After sending the data, select a status from the dropdown.
- SelectValidate.
- TheSend Dataoption isn't turned on until you validate the data.
- On theConfirm Data Sendmessage, selectOK.
- You will get aData transfer in processmessage. If there are no errors, you can review the data integration process on theData Integrationscreen.
- Data transfer errors
- If the validation process finds an error, you will see it following theValidatebutton.
- Select the dropdown to see the error details.
- SelectEditto fix the error.
- Enter the corrections and selectSave.
