2019, 2018, 2017 and earlier years locator not opening
- Download the zipped files and unzip/extract files.
- You need to uninstall all RS Client Browser versions you have on your computer (2015, 2019, etc.). Open the computer Control Panel, then selectPrograms and Featureslist to see what's installed.
- After uninstalling RS Client browsers, go to the unzipped files.
- noteIf you can't see the file extensions, selectView, thenShow, andfile name extensions.RenameCleanUpRegEntries_Client.txttoCleanUpRegEntries_Client.reg.
- Double-clickCleanUpRegEntries_Client.regto run the executable file.
- SelectYesto message.
- Install the RS Client 2019 browser first and then the RS Clients from the years you need.
- Name the fileHKCU_SW_RIA.txttoHKCU_SW_RIA.reg.
- Log out of Gosystem, clear the browser history (for 24 hours, or as long as you’ve had this problem).
- Close the browser entirely.
- Reopen the browser and log in.
- Open the locator.
