Assign 'rollover without delete rights' to a user
If a return needs to be rolled over again, the 'rollover without delete rights' permission prevents the user from deleting the existing current year return and instead, prompts the user to bypass the return or overwrite the current year return.

For users without this permission, the rollover process bypasses returns that already exist in the current year, leaving the current year return untouched. A note is added to the status page for this return so you're aware.
- Go toAdmin,Access Control, and thenGroups.
- Edit and selectRollover without Delete Rights.
- And lastly, selectUpdateto save.
