Locators that didn't rollover
Error 17: Filing status is missing
- Go toOrganizer,General Information,Basic Return Data,Taxpayer Information.
- Select a filing status.
- Perform a full re-compute, close the return, and start the rollover again.
If a return isn't listed to rollover
- Ensure no one has the locator open. If necessary, free the locator.
- If the return's a final year return, it won't be listed to rollover.
Prior year data doesn't exist
Rollover suppressed at Thomson Reuters
- Go to the RS home page and selectReturns Processing.
- SelectPreseason Processing,Preseason In Your Office,Rollover, and thenSuppress Rollover Setup.
Tax defaults don't exist
- On the RS home page, go toSupport, and thenTax Defaults.
- Select the account, year, and thenRollover.
