Transfer a locator from a source account to a destination account

Select Returns Processing
, then Transfer
.

Select Create Request Token
.

Select the Destination’s account.

Select Generate
.

Copy the token and send or email the token to the Source account within 72 hours.

The source account receives the token.

Select Returns Processing
, then Transfer
, then Returns
.

Select the account where the locators reside, and click Next
.

Select the locators to send and click Next
.

Select the option to Copy
(make a copy of the locators) or Move
(send the locators without making a copy). Select Next

Select External Firm
and copy the Token from the Destination account above.

Select Done
.

Enter Confirm
.

Select Transfer
.

Destination Account:

Select Returns Processing
, then Transfer
.

Select Pending External Transfer
.

Select Accept
.
