Print preview in the Organizer

Use print preview in the Organizer to preview a return in 1 browser tab, while entering data in another. You can also drag the preview browser tab to 1 monitor while entering data in Organizer on another.

Use print preview

  1. Go to
    Organizer
    , then select
    Print
    .
  2. Select a return to preview, then select
    Preview
    .
  3. When the preview is ready, select
    Open preview
     in the
    History
     section of the
    Print
     window.

Benefits of print preview

  • The preview opens in a new browser tab, so you can have a side-by-side view with Tax Forms.
  • Within the preview, attachments open in new browser tabs, so you can view those side-by-side too.
  • You can right-click in the navigation area of the page to print parts of the document or quickly print the current page within the collection.
  • The print date and timestamp are available when selecting to use an existing print file.
  • You can refresh the print file with updated data while previewing the return.
