Form 8865
, Return of U.S. Persons With Respect to Certain Foreign Partnerships and all Schedules and Forms included under the 8865 is available for e-file for this release with the following exceptions. Also the following forms under the 8865 are not available within the tax application yet:
- Form 3468, Part V: Only applicable to returns ending in 2025
- Form 4255
- Form 6765
- Form 7210: IRS e-file schemas updated to allow for filing with Form 8865.
- Schedule K/K-1 line 15 Codes S, W, and X and line 20 Code AV (applicable to tax years ending in 2025).

- Added payment and deposit for 990T states - California, District of Columbia, Montana.
- Updated the reject diagnostic for Indiana to generate if Grantor trust indicator is checked, but grantor SSN is missing

- Added an efile reject diagnostic for 1041 Nebraska, Business rule - FPTC-0009Business rule - FPTC-0009.
- Added a reject diagnostic when direct debit is checked but the bank account number is missing.

We updated or corrected the following:
Updated to include Schedule E in the XML when the activity only has passive loss carryover without other income or deduction.
Updated Form 2220 line 1 calculation to flow from the 990T Part III line 4 instead of from the 990T Part II line 7.
Updated the NOL carryover worksheet so that it automatically prints when there are NOL carryover amounts present.
