We have updated Form 926, page 1 part II line 5a to print EIN.1041 Federal:
We have updated year/date references on top of Form 1041 for 2026 short year final returns being processed on the 2025 tax system.State
We updated or addressed the following issues:
- 1041 Kentucky: The depreciation overrides in Common States | Depreciation Gains will apply to Kentucky Form 741.
- 1041 Minnesota: We have updated Schedules M2NC, KFNC, and M2SBNC reflecting Minnesota Federal Conformity. If manual overrides were implemented on tax forms prior to changes being made, review your e-file for accuracy.
