Federal
We updated or addressed the following:
- Form 8964-TRA: Form 8964-TRA has been added for use with Form 5471 within 1120 Returns, enhancing federal tax reporting capabilities for controlled foreign corporations.
- Form 1120-REIT: An issue was identified where the form name was missing from the filing instructions for Federal Form 1120-REIT. The form name has been restored to the filing instructions for proper identification. This issue has been fixed.
- HRB Pricing Tool Schedule: An issue was identified in the HRB Pricing Tool where the count field for Schedule F was incorrect. The count field calculation has been corrected to accurately reflect Schedule F usage. This issue has been fixed.
State
We updated or addressed the following:
- Arkansas:
- An issue was identified where Arkansas (1120S) filing instructions for both paper and e-file were not printing. The filing instructions have been restored and now print correctly for both filing methods. This issue has been fixed.
- An issue was identified where the Arkansas K-1 whitepaper column headings were reversed for TY2025 column changes. The column headings have been corrected to display in the proper order. This issue has been fixed.
- Kentucky: An issue was identified where filing instructions for Kentucky Form 740-PTET-ES (paper estimate) were not available in the 1120 system. Filing instructions have been added to support Kentucky paper estimate filing requirements. This issue has been fixed.
- Michigan: Enhancements have been made to Michigan Form 4891 Line 13 miscellaneous calculations to improve accuracy and functionality.
- New Jersey: An issue was identified affecting the 2025 New Jersey Form CBT-100S Page 1 Line 8F and CBT-100 Page 1 Line 10F print functionality. The print formatting has been corrected to ensure accurate output. This issue has been fixed.
- Ohio Columbus: An issue was identified where the 2025 Ohio Columbus BR-25, Page 2, was missing the NAICS/Professional Business Activity Code from the federal return in the printed output. The NAICS code now prints correctly on the form. This issue has been fixed.
- Oklahoma: An issue was identified where the 2025 Oklahoma Form 512 Page 5 details statement was printing with misaligned formatting. The alignment has been corrected to ensure proper presentation of the details statement. This issue has been fixed.
- Pennsylvania: An issue was identified where Pennsylvania Form PA-40NRC e-file filing instructions were not displaying correctly in 1120 returns. The filing instructions have been corrected to ensure proper guidance for electronic filing. This issue has been fixed.
- Texas: An issue was identified affecting the 2024/2025 Texas Form 05-181 Part C Line 9 calculation and R&D diagnostics functionality. The calculation logic and diagnostic messages have been corrected to ensure accurate processing. This issue has been fixed.
