Account creation for Licensees and Firm Delegates
- Go to Create an account on our website.noteThis step is only for a Licensee or Delegate of your firm to set up the initial admin account. All other staff accounts must be set up by the Admin, Licensee, or Delegate of your firm under User access within their Self-Service Portal. Once set up, they'll receive a registration email.
- Enter your Firm ID and ZIP code then selectContinue.
- Enter your contact information and selectContinue.
- Create a password and set up your security question then selectContinue.
- Verify your email by entering the 5-digit code you receive and chooseCreate account.
- Sign in to your account.
