Add a test procedure

When working on a Control Activities Form in Guided Assurance, you can add a new test procedure to a control.

While editing a control, you'll get a question asking if you want to create a test procedure or not. Select Yes
, then Save
.

On the Test Procedure Options screen, select

Add
to add a test procedure. Enter a description for the test procedure and select Add
.

Select Edit

to make changes to a test procedure. Select Save
when you're finished. Once a test procedure has been edited, a

shows next to it indicating that changes have been made. If you need to switch back to the original version of the control, select

, choose the original test procedure, then select Reset
.

You can only delete a custom test procedure by selecting Delete
