New features

  • Client Forms
    : To enhance audit efficiency, you can now send select Guided Assurance checklists to clients to be filled out, reviewed, or updated via "Requests" in the
    Communication
    tab of Engagement Manager.
    • This feature minimizes manual data entry for auditors and fosters improved communication with clients, allowing auditors to focus on higher-value tasks. Auditors can customize these checklists by choosing whether to send blank versions or those with previously populated responses, and by selecting which steps to include.
    • This flexibility ensures that each checklist is tailored to meet specific engagement needs. Once a client completes the form, it's sent back to the auditor, who can then save the responses to the checklist in Guided Assurance after approving the form.
    • Currently, the feature includes the CX-3.1 and the non-internal control module forms for CX-4.1, CX-4.2.1, CX-4.2.2, and CX-4.2.3. We're committed to expanding this functionality, with additional forms set to be added in future releases.
