New features

Client Forms
  • We are pleased to announce the expansion of our Client Forms feature with the availability of the Internal Control versions of “Financial Close and Reporting and Significant Transaction Classes”(CX-4.2.1) and “IT Environment and General IT Controls” (CX-4.2.2). These checklists can be sent to clients for completion, review, and updates via "Requests" in the Communication tab of Engagement Manager.
  • This enhancement continues to minimize manual data entry for auditors and improve communication with clients, allowing auditors to focus on higher-value tasks. You can customize these checklists by choosing whether to send blank versions or those with previously populated responses, and by selecting which steps to include. Once a client completes the form, it’s seamlessly returned to the auditor, who can save the responses to the checklist in Guided Assurance after approval.
  • We remain committed to expanding this functionality and look forward to introducing additional forms in future releases.

Issues Resolved

PDF export with practical considerations
  • Exporting Workpapers to PDF with the "Include Practical Considerations" option enabled resulted in incomplete data, whether the option was checked or unchecked in Guided Assurance Preferences.
Enhanced stability and speed for AP forms
  • In response to recent reports of unsaved work in AP forms, we are excited to deliver a robust solution with this release. This update not only resolves previous issues but also significantly reduces loading times for AP forms containing multiple references to physical documents.
