Checkpoint Learning Network courses can be group live, group internet-based, or self-study. Unless otherwise stated in each course's descriptive information, no other prerequisites or advanced preparation are required.

State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasbaregistry.org. Checkpoint Learning is approved for Group Live, Group Internet Based, QAS Self Study, and Nano Learning delivery methods. |

The IRS Tax Preparer Office requires that any course to be used for IRS PTIN holders need to be pre-registered with the IRS. Customer Policy for Cancellations and Refunds
NASBA's National Registry of CPE Sponsors has standards for program development to ensure quality. Many state boards of accountancy recognize these standards. All Checkpoint Learning Network courses are in compliance with NASBA's requirements. If you have any questions, contact your individual state board.
Call 1-800-431-9025 to submit all complaints, concerns, and refund request information. All complaints will be carefully reviewed by the product and or training manager for resolution. If the complaint is in regard to the course content or delivery, the appropriate manager and instructors will review the complaint and make any necessary changes to the course material or presentation. Complaints regarding administrative policies will be reviewed by the CPE department and Administrator for corrections. Corrections made will follow the standards that are stated in the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy's (NASBA) CPE administration policies.
