View and Manage Credits and Certificates

If an administrator has assigned a certificate of completion or accreditation for a course, you will automatically receive that certificate once you've successfully completed the course. Go to
My Credits / Certificates
from the main menu to view, download, and manage certificates. The following instructions are about screen navigation.
If you're an administrator, you can view and modify course completion and certificate information for both yourself and other learners.

Viewing and Printing Certificates

When you first come to My Credits / Certificates you will see your personal activity and certificates you've earned. If you're an Administrator, you will also have a
Manage Users
tab to view and manage certificate information for the learners in your firm. Select the view/print certificate icon for the corresponding course to download the certificate as a PDF. You can then open the PDF to view, save, or print as needed. This process is the same for both administrator certificates and learner certificates.

Viewing and Editing Credit Details

Select the view/edit credits icon for the corresponding course to view and/or edit details such as NASBA and other accreditation information for each regulator.
To edit this information, scroll to the bottom of the screen and select
Edit Credit
. This will allow you to manually edit the credit attributes (delivery type, provider type, accreditation approved) and credit type for each regulator. When you have finished editing, select
Save
.

Adding External Activities

If you've completed courses outside of Thomson Reuters Learning, you can manually add those external activities to your completed activity history.

    Add External Activity
    from the
    My Programs and Certificates

  2. Enter the General Information related to the course and select
    Next
    .
  3. Select all relevant regulators needed for accreditation and select
    Next
    .
  4. Enter the participation time and credits earned and select
    Next
    .
  5. Answer the questionnaire for your activity related to NASBA and sponsors and select
    Next
    .
  6. Enter and check the accreditation information for the course and select
    Add Activity
    .

Deleting Activities

To delete a course activity record, select the Delete Program icon for the corresponding activity. This will remove all course and certificate data for that course record. This process is the same for both administrators and learners.
