View and manage My Compliance Snapshot

Your Compliance Snapshot lists your compliance information for all jurisdictions currently tracked.

This applies to licensed Compliance users only.

Access

  1. Go to the main menu and select
    CPE-Compliance
    .
  2. Select
    My Compliance Snapshot
    .
    note
    Admins: In the Dashboards dropdown, select the
    Learner Dashboard
    to view
    My Compliance Snapshot
    .

Features

The Compliance Snapshot provides a variety of features.
Export print, download, or email
Export print, and download the list of regulators or state report form using the
Export Status Report
,
Print
,
Download Table
and
Email Options
. You can select multiple jurisdictions at once for these actions.
View
  • Use the
    Search...
    field to filter to a specific jurisdiction.
  • Use the
    Add Additional Columns
    option to add field columns such as period start date or last reprocessed date and time. The last reprocessed date and time indicates the last time the report was updated and recalculated with any activity or profile question changes.
  • Display a specific number of items per page by selecting the
    Items per page
    dropdown menu.
Edit
Use
Add a Regulator
to add regulators, or use
Inactivate/Delete Regulator
to remove regulators.

If you don't see this option, you don't have permission to make this change and will need to contact your admin.
Locks
Each report locks to preserve the rules and integrity of the report after a period has passed. Any activity or profile question changes made to a current report period will only impact the current report period.
To make changes reflect to an older or Locked period, you'll need to unlock it. If you are unable to unlock your report period, contact your Administrator.
  1. Select the locked report's Compliance Deadline from the Compliance Snapshot.
  2. Select Locked in the State row.
  3. Select
    CONFIRM
    to unlock the report.
