Use the webinar playlist

Save time finding files during your session by using a playlist to organize your files ahead of time.

Add uploaded Files to your playlist

  1. Open the webinar session.
    note
    Depending on how your administrator set up the session, an instructor or moderator (tutor) can join their webinar up to 24 hours prior to the session start time.
  2. Go to
    Files
    in the top toolbar
  3. Use the Add File icon to add new files, or select existing files you want to share in the live session

    Control + Click

    Command + Click
    , or
    Shift + Click
    to select multiple files at 1 time.
  4. Select
    Add To Playlist
    .

Add YouTube videos to your playlist

  1. Open the webinar session.
  2. Go to
    Tools
    in the top toolbar.
  3. Select
    YouTube
    .
  4. Search for and select the YouTube videos you want to share.

    Use
    Control + Click
    ,
    Command + Click
    , or
    Shift + Click
    to select multiple files at 1 time.
  5. Select
    Add To Playlist
    .

View your playlist

  • The playlist is only visible to instructors and moderators.
  • If the Playlist is hidden, then select the
    Playlist
    at the top to display it.
  • If the Playlist is displayed, then select
    Playlist
    to hide it.

Organize your playlist content

You can reorder items in your playlist by dragging and dropping items within the playlist.
  1. Select the item you want to reorder.
  2. Drag the item to the position you want it to be in.
  3. Release the item.

Play items in your playlist

To display or play an item in the playlist, simply select it from the playlist panel. Playing items are highlighted in green.

Remove items from your playlist

  1. Hover your cursor over the item you want to remove.
  2. Select the X to remove it.
    note
    Removing a file from the playlist doesn’t delete it. You can still access the file in your files window. YouTube videos are not saved so removing a YouTube video from the playlist will mean you have to search for it and re-add to get it back.
