Navigate the Learning Center

After signing in, you'll find yourself on the homepage of your platform. Depending on how your Admin set up your homepage, the page may have different layouts.
When you go away from your homepage, you can always return here at any time by pressing the company logo.

Homepage

The search bar at the top of your homepage lets you search for courses, learning plans, content, assets, questions & answers and catalogs in your platform. Once you enter the search term into the text area, the recommended content matching your criteria will appear below the bar. You can press the title of the content to reach it. To see all search results, press All Results or the magnifying glass.
Besides the header of the platform (where you'll find the search bar and action icons), your homepage is composed of widgets, which are specific areas of your dashboard that let you view or perform specific functions in the platform. Widgets listed on your homepage may vary, or their title and layout may be different, depending on how your Admin set it up. Here are a few of the most popular ones:
  • Courses and Learning Plans:
     This widget shows all of the courses and learning plans in which you're enrolled. By pressing the title of the learning plan/course, you can directly access it. Please note that some learning plans/courses may be locked, meaning you don’t yet have access to them.
  • My Calendar:
     This widget displays a calendar listing all of the courses in which you are enrolled on a day-to-day basis. The calendar aspect may vary considerably depending on the selected type of view and on the widget size.
  • Catalogs:
     This widget displays courses that are available for you enroll. You may already be enrolled in some courses in the catalog, meaning you can simply press Play to access the course. All customers have access to a complimentary catalog which includes

Customize your profile

To view and/or edit your preferences and profile information, go to the main menu and select the pen icon next to your name. Depending on how your Admin set up your homepage, you may be able to access
My Profile
from the top banner of the homepage.
In the Preferences section, set your language, timezone, and date format preferences using the corresponding dropdown menus. Note that changing the language of the platform doesn’t change the language of the learning content.

It is important that you set your
time zone
 in the Preferences section so that courses will reflect your local time.
