This article provides the minimal technical standards for design, delivery, and operation of Thomson Reuters Learning.

- Windows 8.1 or higher
- OSX (latest release)
Resolution
- Desktop and tablet browsers should have a minimum resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels.

Browser settings
- Cookies need to be enabled
- JavaScript and AJAX need to be enabled (Cookie policy)
- Pop-up blocking needs to be disabled
- Local storage needs to be enabled
- If your company uses a Proxy server, we recommend that it does NOT cache files from Thomson Reuters Learning.
Browser plug-ins
Individual courseware may require additional plug-ins depending on the style and content of the courses. Typical plug-ins required:

Courseware and Integration
Thomson Reuters Learning courses are built to the SCORM standards and will operate in industry recognized Rustici SCORM Cloud as the neutral determination of SCORM compliance.
The webcasting solution is built on the xAPI/Tin Can standards.
Languages
Thomson Reuters Learning supports multiple languages. Some languages require corresponding fonts and/or language packs are loaded on the client device. Please contact your IT department to arrange loading correct fonts/language packs.
Bandwidth recommendations
Bandwidth requirements vary depending on the exact course, but you'll need a minimum of 0.5 Megabits per second (Mbps). View the following for information on broadband connection speeds when streaming or viewing videos.
