Access courses and learning plans

All of the individual courses and learning plans you're enrolled in are listed on the homepage when you initially sign in. You can also access
My Courses and Learning Plans
 from your main menu .
Every course or learning plan is identified by a tile on the page. Each tile will display course details, including the type of course. To begin or enroll in a course or learning plan, select the tile and start going to it. If the instructor uploaded training material, you can select the
Content
 tab to access those materials.

Learning plans will show the list of courses within the plan. Some courses are locked within the learning plan because you'll need to complete other courses first.
The course type can be one of the following:
  • E-learning:
     These are recorded on-demand trainings that can be interactive, but doesn’t have a live presenter or instructor. These are available on-demand; you can take them at any time.
  • Webinar:
     These are interactive trainings that take place in an online webcast tool with a live instructor and/or moderator. These will have sessions that you enroll in to attend at a specific date and time.
  • Classroom:
     These are instructor-led trainings that are physically carried out in person in a classroom setting. These will also have sessions that you enroll in to attend at a specific place, date, and time.
  • Learning plans:
     These are a group of courses that you typically complete in sequential order. You'll need to complete all courses in the plan to complete the plan.

Find additional courses and learning plans

If you'd like to search for additional courses or learning plans, or you don't see a one in your list that should be, go to the
Course Catalog
. You can get to the catalog from the main menu or, depending on your configuration, in an area on your homepage. Use the toolbar to search, sort, filter, and/or categorize other courses that are available for you to enroll.
If you still don't see a course or learning plan that you're expecting to see, contact your firm administrator to verify they've added the course or learning plan to the Course Catalog.
