Manage and edit user profiles

As an Administrator, you can manage and edit user profile information from the
Users
section of the Admin menu .

Search for a user

Use the search field to search for a user. By default, you will only see users who are in the branch selected in the left panel. To show all users regardless of branch, switch the
Show users in sub-branches
option.

Modify a single user

Once you've found the user you'd like to modify, hover over the user, select the ellipsis , and select
Edit
. Here you can update basic information such as email and passwords, assign a user to a different branch, and change team and manager information. Select
Next
to move through each screen, and select
Update
once you've changed all necessary information.

Modify multiple users at once

To edit multiple users at once, select the checkbox next to the users and select
Choose Action
>
Edit
. You can also use a CSV file to update several user profiles.

View a user's activity

An Administrator can view a user's activity and track information related to courses, certifications, and more. Find and hover over the user from your list and select the ellipsis . Select
User Personal Summary
to generate a report. You'll see a list of tabs on the left side that divide the user summary into different sections.

Delete a user

If you need to remove a user from your Learning platform, we recommend that rather that delete them entirely, you turn off their profile and move them to a different branch. If you delete a user from the system,
all
historical data and training records will be deleted with it. If you need to delete a user, contact Thomson Reuters.
