Accrual Report | Report | This report is available in Reports > Reports List from the left navigation. It shows the Accrual Period Ending Balance, Remaining Accrual Balance, and other related data for each accrual period. This report would typically be used for exporting and sending accrual data to your finance department or to business units and determining whether spending has exceeded the accruals. |
Accrual Data in Matter | View | This is the Accruals view of Invoice History in a matter. To see this page, access a matter then click Invoices . Select Accruals from the view selector, select the applicable time period then click Change view . With respect to that matter, the view shows the Accrual Period Ending Balance, Remaining Accrual Balance, and other related data for each accrual period. Essentially, this is the Accrual Report described above for the specific matter. |
Unbilled Amounts Report | Report | This report shows unbilled amounts for each accrual period in which law firms manually entered the amounts. This report would typically be used to monitor and review the unbilled amounts as they are entered by the law firms and for company users to enter unbilled amounts on behalf of law firms. Law firm users also have access to this report. |
Company Financial Review Page | View | This page is displayed on Accruals Review in the Financial menu item. The default view displays any matter in which there is a pending budget or unbilled amounts that require review. However, this page can also be used to view all current unbilled amounts combined with current spending and budget amounts. |

Calendar of Events | View | The Accruals Schedule shows due dates for unbilled amounts from law firms, and if applicable to your company, due dates for company users to review the law firm's unbilled amounts. To access the Accruals Schedule, in the left navigation click Home > Accruals Schedule . |
