About spoofing

Tracker sends many system-generated emails on behalf of the Tracker Coordinator. Some email systems see this as spoofing and reject it.
A Tracker database administrator can change this setting to turn off use of "on behalf of" sender address in emails. Your company's Tracker Coordinator can request to have this setting turned on or off by contacting Support.
To change or update this setting:
  1. Go to
Settings > Implementation and Maintenance Settings
    .
  2. Select an option for
Turn off use of 'On behalf of' sender address in emails (Spoofing)
    :
    1. Yes - Emails triggered by a user's action in Tracker are sent by Tracker Unattended "on behalf of" that user. The recipient of that email can then reply to the email address (user) that the email was sent "on behalf of."
    2. No - The option to reply will not be available to the recipient.
